This is our EDTA system cleanse for those that do not have any specif circulation related health issues but want to be proactive in their health at preventing them.
The course is taken over a 4 week period 4 times per day.

The Maintenance system is taken by those as part of their regular supplement routine and want to keep on top of their arterial health and prevent any future build ups. There are various maintenance systems to follow depending on what you want to achieve.

System guidelines for consuming oral Liquid EDTA.
We recommend to take a good quality vitamin C and vitamin E when taking EDTA, vitamin C & E together helps keep the arteries more supple and elastic allowing the blood to flow more easily.
After completing any Chelation course you should replenish your body with a good multi vitamin/mineral.
- Take servings on an empty stomach.
- Wait a minimum of 1 hour between servings, or spread over the day.
- If you are taking prescribed medications wait for 3 hours after taking them before taking Cardio Renew. Or 2 hours for other supplements.
- DO NOT take supplements containing minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron, including multi vitamins that contain minerals throughout the course. Vitamins (eg. B, D, A, etc.) are ok to take.
- Wait 1 hour after taking a serving of Cardio Renew before taking any medications, supplements or eating a full meal, for snacks wait 30 minutes.
- We recommend at least 1,000 mg of Vitamin C & 1,000 IU of Vitamin E daily. We suggest the Vitamins be taken at meal times.
- Try to drink 6 – 8 glasses of water each day.
